Returns
At NEXVORA, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

Refunds

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
