How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days within South Africa, depending on the courier and delivery location.

International shipping times may vary between 10–20 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
